Thompson Coe litigation attorneys were selected by their peers to be on the prestigious Rising Stars list, a service of Super Lawyers by Thompson Reuters. Cassie Dallas is a Partner in the Dallas office and Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law. Her practice focuses on appeals and mandamus proceedings in Texas state and federal courts. She handles matters across the state of Texas has argued numerous cases before the Second and Fifth Courts of Appeal

Stephanie Krueger, a Houston Partner, is a litigator. Her practice focuses on defending claims and has defended property owners and property management entities on a wide variety of premises liability claims ranging from simple slip and falls to third-party criminal activity.

Andrew McCluggage is a Houston trial Partner. His practice focuses primarily on product liability, premises liability, commercial automobile, and industrial accident claims involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. Andy has successfully represented clients in lawsuits involving allegations of construction defects and professional liability claims.

Yesha Patel is a Dallas trial Senior Attorney who represents clients in professional liability matters involving lawyers, accountants, architects, insurance agents, real estate brokers, construction workers, and other professional clients.

Cory Reed, a Houston Partner, maintains a diverse professional liability practice. He has first and second chair trial and arbitration.
