Registering for a Webinar

Q: How do I register for a webinar & what information is needed?

A: Please visit our Webinars & Events page to view our upcoming and on-demand webinars.  To register, you must list your first and last name, bar/adjuster license number, and organization.

Q: Should I register for an event if I cannot attend live, and can I view it on-demand for credit?

A: Yes, you should still register for the event. One hour after the event concludes, you will receive a “Sorry We Missed You” email with the on-demand link included. Once you have completed the course, please email us to receive credit.

Receiving Emails for a Webinar

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email once I have registered?

A: Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the webinar. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a link to join, please check with our IT department for any new security updates and add do_not_reply@on24event.com to your organization’s allowlist. You may also check your spam/junk folders. We recommend joining our mailing lists to ensure you don’t miss any important updates about our webinars. To join our mailing lists, please contact us.

Connectivity During a Webinar

Q: What do I do if I lose connection during the presentation?

A: Refresh your screen and make sure your browser is updated. You may also try using a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Q: What do I do if I can’t hear the audio/sound?

A: Make sure your volume is turned on and up. Also, check that you have selected the listening device of your choice (speaker, AirPods, headset, etc.) as the default sound device.

Downloading the Webinar Powerpoint

Q: Is there a copy of the powerpoint available for download?

A: Yes, the downloadable powerpoint can be found on the right-hand side of the console under “resources.”

Downloading the Webinar Certificate of Completion

Q: Is there a certificate available for download?

A: Yes, the downloadable certificate is located on the right-hand side of the console under “certification.” You will also receive a “Thank You for Attending” email with a link to download your certificate and complete the survey.

Q: What do I do if I don’t see the survey or the certificate?

A: Scroll down to the bottom of the console and hover your cursor over the icons until you find the corresponding icon. For example, if you’re looking for the survey, hover until you find the icon titled “Take Survey.” If you are looking for the slide deck, hover until you find the icon titled “Resources.” Once you’ve located the corresponding icon, click it, and it will populate your console.
