Yesha P. Patel

Yesha Patel focuses primarily on defending clients in professional liability, premises liability, and consumer-related litigation. She represents a wide range of professionals and businesses, including insurance agents, accountants, architects, debt collectors, and various types of premises owners.

Yesha also has extensive experience defending claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Texas Debt Collection Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). In this regard, she defends debt collection agencies and telemarketing companies sued in consumer-related litigation for alleged unfair debt collection practices and telephone solicitation.
