Austin

Brandon focuses his practice primarily on representing construction and design professionals in multi-party, complex litigation and pre-suit claims. His practice also includes representing individuals and companies in numerous areas of the law, such as personal injury, commercial and contract disputes, real property, and corporate governance.

Morgan focuses his practice on defending complicated personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits and representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes.  Morgan has represented clients in the electric utility, construction, petrochemical, hospitality, and trucking industries.

Dallas

Israel focuses on consumer, lemon law, and breach of warranty defense. He has represented a variety of clients including, foreign and domestic automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and dealerships, across Texas in state and federal courts.

Shelby focuses her practice on civil appeals and original proceedings in Texas state and federal courts. She maintains a diverse practice and has helped achieve favorable results in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving insurance, professional liability, personal injury, product liability, and property owners associations.

Yesha focuses primarily on defending clients in professional liability, premises liability, and consumer-related litigation. She represents a wide range of professionals and businesses, including insurance agents, accountants, architects, debt collectors, and various types of premises owners.

Houston
