Thompson Coe Elects Seven New Partners

Thompson Coe is pleased to announce that we have elected seven new partners across four of our offices.
Brandon Barnes – “Becoming a partner at Thompson Coe is a dream I’ve been chasing since I came home to Austin in 2015. It is a privilege to be counted among the ranks of such a talented and hard working group of attorneys. I look forward to being part of the Firm’s future growth and success.”
Brandon focuses his practice primarily on representing construction and design professionals in multi-party, complex litigation and pre-suit claims. His practice also includes representing individuals and companies in numerous areas of the law, such as personal injury, commercial and contract disputes, real property, and corporate governance.
Morgan Wells – “I am extremely grateful for the opportunities Thompson Coe has provided me, and I look forward to further developing my practice alongside the excellent lawyers at this firm.”
Morgan focuses his practice on defending complicated personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits and representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Morgan has represented clients in the electric utility, construction, petrochemical, hospitality, and trucking industries.
Israel Flores – “I am thrilled to be a partner at Thompson Coe. I look forward to taking on more responsibly and providing the best legal services to our clients.”
Israel focuses on consumer, lemon law, and breach of warranty defense. He has represented a variety of clients including, foreign and domestic automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and dealerships, across Texas in state and federal courts.
Shelby Hall – “I’m excited to step into this new chapter of my career and to look forward to carrying on Thompson Coe’s legacy of quality legal work and dedication to excellence.”
Shelby focuses her practice on civil appeals and original proceedings in Texas state and federal courts. She maintains a diverse practice and has helped achieve favorable results in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving insurance, professional liability, personal injury, product liability, and property owners associations.
Yesha Patel – “I am thrilled to embark on this next chapter with Thompson Coe, elevating my legal practice as a partner. Here’s to groundbreaking achievements together!”
Yesha focuses primarily on defending clients in professional liability, premises liability, and consumer-related litigation. She represents a wide range of professionals and businesses, including insurance agents, accountants, architects, debt collectors, and various types of premises owners.
Regan Pearson – “I truly appreciate Thompson Coe for recognizing my work and for providing an environment that has helped me grow my skills as a litigator. I am proud to work for a firm with a rich history and tradition and look forward to continue serving our clients.”
Regan is a trial attorney with a litigation practice focused on the representation of insurance carriers in all aspects of contractual and extra-contractual litigation. Regan also frequently represents individuals and businesses from a wide range of industries in lawsuits involving significant property damage, serious personal injuries, and death.
Brittany Passdar-Shirazi – “I am excited about becoming a partner at TCCI and look forward to the opportunity to continue to grow the San Antonio office in this new role.”
Brittany maintains a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on defending companies and individuals in cases involving negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, deceptive trade practices, and insurance code violations.
