Brittany Passdar-Shirazi maintains a diverse litigation practice with an emphasis on defending companies and individuals in cases involving negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, deceptive trade practices, and insurance code violations.
Her practice also includes advising and defending companies in coverage and bad faith matters. Brittany also represents attorneys in the defense of legal malpractice matters and grievances filed with the State Bar of Texas.
