Stephen Cord Jr. focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Stephen has successfully resolved numerous disputes for his clients in cases involving energy litigation, contract and business tort litigation, products liability litigation, banking and finance litigation, fiduciary litigation, real estate litigation, and class actions.

While attending law school, Stephen was a research assistant for Complex Litigation Professor Jay Tidmarsh and was an editor on the editorial board of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Honorable Renee H. Toliver of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
