Dominique Banda focuses her practice on negligence, personal injury, premises liability, and construction defects.

Dominique has constructed a legal career from scratch, developing a thorough perspective of client service and advocacy. Before joining the firm, Dominique served as a legal assistant in the Rio Grande Valley at one of the region’s largest full-service civil defense firms.

During law school, she administratively served the State of Texas by clerking at a notable state agency.

Assisted in representing a well-known establishment in the fast-food industry against personal injury claims, property damage claims, and premises liability claims.

Assisted in representing a popular San Antonio establishment in the alcoholic beverage industry against personal injury and premises liability claims.

Assisted in representing a nationally known homebuilding company against construction defect claims, personal injury claims, and local ordinance matters.

Assisted in representing local contractors against construction defect claims.
