Zack A. Allen

Zack Allen is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on auto/trucking accidents, premises liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and other claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic loss. He has extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Zack has successfully defended clients as the lead attorney in dozens of jury trials and helped hundreds more reach a favorable resolution in each case.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Zack served as staff counsel to a major insurance company, handling both first-party and third-party litigation matters. During this time, he worked closely with insurers and clients to properly assess and mitigate risk, provide sound legal guidance, and fiercely defend every case entrusted to him. Zack also served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Denton County District Attorney’s Office, trying misdemeanor and felony cases to both judges and juries.
