Obtained favorable defense verdict in jury trial on contractual and extra-contractual claims against UIM insurer by plaintiff alleging severe spinal injuries arising from a motor vehicle accident.

Obtained defense summary judgment and subsequent affirmance on appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in federal product liability case against school bus manufacturer.

Estate of Miranda v. Navistar, Inc., 23 F.4th 500 (5th Cir. 2022).

Obtained affirmance in the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Tenth Circuit of judgment in favor of creditor in adversarial bankruptcy proceeding on fraud claim involving the purchase of a private jet.
