Sarah Rogers focuses her litigation practice on dram shop, automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability, and products liability cases. Sarah handles her cases with attention to detail and approaches each case with a tailored plan. She handles cases from pre-suit investigations through trial with an eye on obtaining the best and most practical, cost-effective result for her clients.

Sarah has represented bars and restaurants; commercial and residential premises owners; product manufacturers, sellers, and designers; and other business entities in complex, multi-party cases in various state and federal jurisdictions across Texas.

Sarah has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases on behalf of defendants and plaintiffs to a verdict. She has also presented oral arguments to Texas appellate courts. Sarah has also obtained countless dismissals through summary judgments in courts throughout Texas. Recognizing that each case requires a unique approach, Sarah has achieved favorable settlements for clients early in cases where the opportunity for early settlement is warranted.

Obtained a defense verdict in Cameron county on behalf of a national restaurant chain on a personal injury case.

Obtained a defense verdict in Tarrant county on behalf of a small business owner on a personal injury case.

Obtained jury verdict arising out of a plaintiff’s property damage claim under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a local apartment complex owner and management company on a personal injury claim brought by the employee of a subcontractor.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a small business owner on a negligent entrustment claim.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of general contractor/facility owner on personal injury claim brought by subcontractor.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a mall’s security company based on the shopkeeper’s privilege.

Blocked plaintiff’s access to a defendant’s trade secret formula in a products liability case.

Obtained summary judgment on behalf of national company and its employee in a substantial claim for damages for defamation, misappropriation of trade secret, unfair competition and negligent hiring, supervision and retention, brought by a competitive company.
