Elliott Wright IV focuses on general liability/catastrophic injury and coverage defense litigation. His practice area includes defending premises liability claims, negligence claims, personal injury, commercial automobile accident, as well as commercial related disputes such as breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation. He is a graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law.

Previously, Elliott practiced at a tax law firm where he litigated hundreds of cases and wrote in appellate matters. He also served as an assistant city attorney for the city of Houston where he was instrumental in helping the constituents of Houston and businesses receive federal dollars for Hurricane Harvey relief and programs.
