Leah Homan focuses her practice on civil litigation and appeals. She has experience handling all litigation aspects, including depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and appellate briefs. Leah also has expertise in business organizations, including forming business structures and reviewing/drafting client contracts.
Leah has served as second chair in five jury trials in Harris County, Texas. She has drafted more than ten appellate briefs in the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals in Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Leah has also obtained several successful summary judgments for her clients.
She prides herself on solid and clear communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, which she believes is necessary to be a successful attorney.
Leah is passionate about crafting strong legal arguments through legal research and concise writing.
