Kaitlin Cswaykus is a multi-faceted litigator who approaches complex legal issues with a methodical, client-focused mindset. Her diverse civil litigation experience spans more than a decade. Her primary area of focus is healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice and healthcare liability claims.
She defends healthcare institutions and professionals, adeptly identifying critical issues at the outset of litigation and working with clients to develop a strategy that protects their interests.
