Jamie Sonsteby focuses her practice on discovery in mass and toxic tort litigation for a Fortune 100 company involved in mass tort litigation concerning hundreds of products and the management of hundreds of cases.

She promptly responds to all discovery-related inquiries and tasks nationally, including written and oral discovery, protective orders, litigation holds, document management and collection, productions, etc.

Jamie prides herself on being knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. She has previously served as counsel for a major insurer, advocating for her client in hundreds of arbitrations and at trial. Jamie has argued before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She has also served as a Minnesota No-Fault arbitrator, issuing decisions in No-Fault arbitration claims

Jamie has recently passed the CIPP/US exam, becoming a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States.
