Nicholas Nestelbaum focuses his practice on coverage issues, though he also has significant experience in commercial and white collar litigation. His legal track record includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes civil cases at both the state and federal level.

He has worked on a variety of complex litigation matters, including nationwide insurance class actions, contract disputes, and civil RICO claims. He also has played key roles for clients in white-collar investigations, government enforcement actions, and employment disputes.


Background

Prior to entering private practice, Nick clerked at both the state and federal levels for the Hon. Arthur Bergman in the New Jersey Superior Court, and the Hon. Frank Montalvo in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Nick is licensed to practice inĀ  both New York and New Jersey.
