Megan Foy is a litigation attorney in the firm’s litigation and casualty defense section. Her practice includes defending claims for premises liability, automobile accidents, and industrial actions involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Megan represented major financial institutions in civil litigation throughout Texas and the Carolinas.

Megan attended North Carolina State University (Go Pack) and Campbell University School of Law, both in Raleigh, North Carolina, before moving back to her home state of Texas. During law school, Megan served as a clerk in various areas of the law and interned for the Honorable Judge Elmore at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Outside the practice of law, Megan enjoys running, taking her dog to the park, and exploring the great city of Houston.
