Dylan Price is a litigation attorney with experience in personal injury, dram shop, sport shooting ranges, premises and wrongful death matters.

He has successfully defended numerous justified use of force cases ranging from simple assaults to wrongful death. Dylan has experience on both sides of the aisle and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

Representative Experience

Obtained a summary judgment victory in an assault and battery case for a client in Dallas County, Texas.

Obtained dismissals for two Defendants in a wrongful death case through Special Exceptions filings in Harris County, Texas.

Secured a six-figure judgment for damages and costs for a Defendant after a successful dismissal of a case under the Texas Citizens Participation Act. On appeal, represented same Defendant and The Texas First District Court of Appeals affirmed.
