Cierra Kenyon is a trial lawyer with experience in personal injury, employment, civil rights, and wrongful death. Her practice includes defending car accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury cases.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Cierra represented Harris county and Harris county employees in a variety of matters including car accidents, premises liability claims, employment matters, and civil rights cases.

She has experience defending clients in and out of court. She has argued motions and sat second chair at trial in state court, and has negotiated favorable settlements during mediation.

She believes each client and each case is unique and should be approached with creativity and dedication.

Representative Experience

Settled high value car accident case at mediation for significantly less than could have been awarded at trial.

Successfully defended large employer at administrative hearing to determine validity of employee’s termination after the employee was arrested for drunk driving.

Negotiated settlement of high value employment claim before litigation was filed.

Advised election officials on the Election Code and election related legal issues during the primary election, run-off elections, and general election in 2021.
