Christian Vieira represents employers and their leadership in both the courtroom and before administrative agencies. He also represents employers in wage claims and suits alleging breaches of contract, various employment-related torts, and violations of state and federal labor and employment statutes.

As part of his practice, Christian investigates allegations of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and counsels employers on issues that arise during the employment relationship — from hiring to termination.


Background

Previously, Christian served as the General Counsel for a Texas State Representative and as the Director of Policy for an Austin City Councilwoman. In 2022, Christian was nominated and confirmed by the Austin City Council to serve a four-year term as a Commissioner on the City of Austin LGBTQ Quality of Life Advisory Commission.

As a former NCAA Division I Tennis Player and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Champion, Christian utilizes his competitive experience to zealously advocate for his clients and provide effective solutions to their workplace issues.
