Thompson Coe Attorneys Secure Verdict in Premises Liability Case
Oct 8, 2013
Cory S. Reed and associates in the firm’s Houston office secured a trial verdict on behalf of a janitorial company, an airline company, and the City in a premises liability case. Plaintiff sued the Defendants, alleging negligent undertaking and premises liability based on a slip and fall that occurred at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. A unanimous jury in Harris County agreed that the janitorial company was not negligent and that none of the Defendants had knowledge of the condition of the floor, rendering a take-nothing verdict.
Zandra E. Foley, a partner in the Houston office, assisted on the case.
