Thompson Coe Attorneys Secure Verdict in Premises Liability Case

A Thompson Coe partner and Cory S. Reed, Associate, obtained a favorable defense verdict in a premises liability case against their client, a local, Houston apartment complex and management company.  Plaintiffs sued for millions in personal injury and property damages related to an explosion at an apartment complex in Houston.  Plaintiffs claimed that the apartment complex failed to warn of dangers at the apartment complex and/or make the dangerous conditions reasonably safe.  The jury returned an unanimous defense verdict in favor of the Defendants.
