Her practice includes managing claims from case inception to settlement or trial throughout the state of Texas and in federal court. Nancy has successfully represented and defended individuals, medium-sized companies, and large corporations during her career.

MSJ argued and granted on behalf of homeowner in a dog-bite case in Travis County
Multiple MSJs argued and granted in personal injury/motor vehicle accident lawsuits filed Travis County
Obtained take-nothing judgment after bench trial, upheld on appeal, regarding damages related to motor vehicle accident for an admitted fault collision
Obtained unanimous jury verdict, as second chair, in favor of defendant in a multi-million- dollar chemical exposure lawsuit
Obtained dismissal for client in a Deceptive Trade Practices Action (DTPA) claim
Obtained favorable settlement for contractor in large multi-party construction defect case involving construction of a charter school
Represents property owners and property management companies in defense of premises liability claims
