Tasha has successfully defended hundreds of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and professional negligence cases involving significant exposure for more than 25 years. Her experience includes a diverse range of litigation including high exposure personal injury and professional negligence cases.
Heather focuses her practice in complex construction and design defect litigation in arbitrations, state court, and federal court. She has successfully represented general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and surveyors in residential, commercial, and highway projects.
Stephanie is a member of the Management Committee. She advises clients daily on handing complex HR issues, compliance with various employment statutes, and proactively avoiding employee complaints.
Nancy has more than 20 years of experience defending clients, including personal injury, premises liability, general insurance defense, and construction defect claims. Her practice includes managing claims from case inception to settlement or trial throughout the state of Texas and in federal court.
