Dallas attorney Jason Jobe prevailed in an arbitration in which he represented a prominent technology consulting firm in a dispute arising from the implementation of a Human Resources cloud for a national hotel management company.  The management company sought damages in excess of $1.2 million through complex claims asserted against Jason’s client based upon the contention that the consulting firm’s services failed to meet the applicable industry standards.  After three days of testimony and evidence, the hotel management company was denied all relief sought, and the consulting firm was awarded approximately $500,000 in fees due and owing for its services provided on the project.
