Thompson Coe Welcomes Kevin Mosher to Saint Paul Office

The law firm of Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P. is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin Mosher as a Partner in its Labor & Employment litigation practice in the firm’s Saint Paul, Minnesota office. Mr. Mosher represents employers in all aspects of labor, employment and immigration law matters. He is a Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and frequently speaks on labor, employment and immigration law topics.

Thompson Coe represents both private and public sector management in connection with all employment-related matters, including compliance with the FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, the FMLA, WARN and other federal, state and local laws regulating employment, labor relations, and immigration. We have an active administrative, arbitration, and trial and appellate litigation practice, representing management against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, civil rights violations, employment related tort claims, trade secret/breach of fiduciary duty, “whistleblower” and other employment-related claims. We also have substantial experience in enforcement of and defense against covenants not to compete, and defense of class actions, representative actions for unpaid overtime under the FLSA, and other multiple-plaintiff lawsuits.
