Thompson Coe Professional Liability Section Expands with Addition of Charles Settle

Thompson Coe is pleased to announce the recent addition of Charles Settle as a partner in the Professional Liability section of our Dallas office. With more than 30 years of experience, Charles effectively evaluates claims during the early stages of litigation and develops resolution strategies to mitigate his clients’ exposure and costs.

Charles defends lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, investment advisers, and construction companies in litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. He also has extensive commercial litigation and transactional experience, particularly in the energy, financial services, health care, and construction industries.

Charles received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. with distinction from the University of Virginia. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and provides expert testimony regarding both liability and damages in FINRA arbitrations.
