Randy Nelson is a trial lawyer who handles serious personal injury, products liability, premises liability, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and claims against insurance companies.

Randy has tried numerous cases defending wrongful death and serious personal injury claims. Over the course of his practice, Randy has resolved hundreds of cases in which he represented business owners, apartment complexes, manufacturers, trucking companies, construction companies, and churches.

Randy is often called upon to represent excess insurers and to evaluate the handling of ongoing litigation in high risk cases. He is certified by the State Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. Only 3% of all Texas attorneys hold this double certification.
