Randy Nelson is a trial lawyer who handles serious personal injury, products liability, premises liability, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and claims against insurance companies.
Randy has tried numerous cases defending wrongful death and serious personal injury claims. Over the course of his practice, Randy has resolved hundreds of cases in which he represented business owners, apartment complexes, manufacturers, trucking companies, construction companies, and churches.
Randy is often called upon to represent excess insurers and to evaluate the handling of ongoing litigation in high risk cases. Obtained a jury verdict defending a crane company in a construction accident case involving allegations of catastrophic injuries.
Obtained summary judgment on behalf of tissue donor bank in a case involving facial reconstructive surgery.
Defended a gymnastics facility against allegations that a student was sexually assaulted by an employee.
Defended a food distribution company involving food contamination.
Secured a summary judgment on behalf of a Fortune 500 beverage manufacturer in a personal injury lawsuit.
