Jordan Parker focuses his practice on insurance litigation and serious personal injury claims. Jordan has experience in insurance litigation, coverage disputes, premises liability, bad faith claims, labor and employment litigation, and human resources compliance.

As an insurance litigation lawyer, Jordan is an efficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative attorney with experience in casualty investigations, deposing witnesses and corporate representatives, researching complex legal issues, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing at hearings and trials.

Jordan brings a diverse educational and professional background to the firm with experience as an HR professional. He prides himself on collaborative communication with clients through every stage of litigation.

Labor & Employment Litigation

Prior to entering the legal field, Jordan obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources Education & Workforce Development. His prior professional experience with Louisiana’s flagship university as a HR Generalist required deep involvement in employee complaint investigations, benefits, disciplinary matters, and training and implementation of performance management systems.  Jordan has also litigated Louisiana claims in state and federal court involving racial discrimination, gender discrimination, and wrongful termination.
