Chris Kaul is one of the leading partners in the New Orleans office. His practice focuses on a broad range of insurance litigation, including defense of catastrophic personal injury matters, professional liability, first-party property claims, premises liability, products liability, bad faith litigation, and indemnity disputes.
Chris has defended various individuals, professionals, companies, and insurance carriers in all types of insurance litigation. He regularly represents and defends insurance agents, brokers, architects, engineers, actuaries, coroners, medical facilities, assisted living facilities, and other professionals in lawsuits both in state and federal court.
Chris also regularly advises individuals and businesses on issues relating to data privacy, cybersecurity, cyber liability insurance, and data protection best practices, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
