Caleb R. Ortega

Caleb R. Ortega focuses his practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Caleb represented plaintiffs in employment and military matters, providing him with valuable insight into both sides of workplace disputes.

During law school, he clerked for Little League Baseball and a business litigation firm, where he gained experience in complex business disputes and high-stakes negotiations.

Caleb leverages this background to help employers navigate litigation and pursue favorable outcomes. Before becoming an attorney, he served on active duty as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
