Benjamin Hunt

Benjamin Hunt focuses his practice on representing employers of all sizes in all employment related matters including discrimination, wage and hour laws, employee relations, and labor relations. He is an attorney in the Labor and Employment section of the Dallas office. Ben also represents clients in matters involving personal injury, commercial disputes, and creditor’s rights.

Ben has extensive experience representing clients in litigation disputes involving Title VII race, sex, sexual orientation discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and various state employment statutes. He has represented clients in federal and state courts along with federal and state administrative agencies, including the EEOC.

Ben enjoys collaborating and communicating with clients to achieve their desired results in complicated matters. He is not only focused on representing clients in litigation, but implementing preventative strategies to avoid litigation altogether.
