He has experience counseling U.S. and foreign companies on contract, business tort, and consumer protection issues—including those relating to bad faith, deceptive practices, damage enhancements, and third-party liability.

William Healy focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense, extra-contractual insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction litigation, and other civil litigation matters. He also clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Pilkington, 1st Judicial District Court of Colorado, where he assisted in various civil and criminal matters.

Saugat Thapa focuses on commercial litigation, civil rights and employment litigation, product and premises liability, and insurance defense. San Antonio

Jessica Gonzalez is focused on defending claims involving personal injury, premises liability, and construction defects.
