Alex Gonzalez is a trial attorney who practices insurance defense and general liability/catastrophic injury. She focuses her practice on defense against personal injury, Dram Shop Act, wrongful death, and construction defect claims. Her practice includes a focus on swift resolution through motions practice, having been successful in non-suits for her clients through motions to compel and dismissal of claims, with prejudice, through motions for summary judgment. She has also been first chair in defense of her clients at trial, including a take-nothing judgment involving a claim for property damage due to a fire at an apartment complex. Alex is passionate about civil procedure and litigation and will work diligently and effectively to obtain the best resolution for her clients.


Her clients are insurance companies and their insureds. Her work for insurance companies includes defense against claims mishandling, UM/UIM, and property damage claims. Her work for the insureds ranges from defense against personal injury claims under automobile insurance policies to defense against premises liability, Dram Shop Act, and breach of contract claims under commercial general liability policies for bars, restaurants, event venues, and construction companies.
