Thompson Coe Announces Two New Partners

January 2015 – Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the election of a new partner – Jessica J. Childs.

Jessica J. Childs is a member of the Litigation and Products Liability & Mass Torts sections and is based in the Dallas office. She focuses her practice on defending premises liability, products liability, construction defect, and general negligence cases. Jessica represents premises owners, homeowners, commercial centers, owners and managers of apartment complexes, bars, restaurants, and other business entities in cases involving minor to catastrophic injuries. Jessica also represents real estate agents and brokers in tort and contract-related cases and advises insurers on the enforceability of various contractual provisions, including indemnity and limitation of liability provisions. Jessica graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, magna cum laude. She is expecting her first child, a boy, in February.
