Matthew Kolodoski Elected Chair-Elect of State Bar of Texas Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section

Dallas attorney Matthew Kolodoski has been elected Chair-Elect of the State Bar of Texas’s Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section and will serve as Chair for the 2021-2022 term. The Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section’s members include judges, law professors, and practicing Texas attorneys with an interest in civil rights, civil liberties, and constitutional law issues.
Matthew recently concluded a term as Secretary/Treasurer of the Civil Liberties & Civil Rights Section and has served on the Section’s Council since 2015. He is also a frequent speaker and author on various constitutional law topics and has served as Course Director for TexasBarCLE’s Annual Bill of Rights Course, the State Bar of Texas’s premier constitutional law seminar, from 2017-2020.
