On November 5, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers with 100 or more employees to require their employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing if they’re coming into the workplace.
