By Kevin M. Mosher • Jun 28, 2022
On June 8, Microsoft announced several key initiatives aimed to strengthen its employee relationships and increase employee mobility. Additionally, the use of non-disclosure agreements that prevent disclosure of allegations of misconduct will be limited. Microsoft has also decided to publish salary ranges for all U.S. job postings.
