I-9 Flexibility for Remote Workers Extended…Again

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has announced yet another extension of the Form I-9 flexibilities for remote workers. Employers can continue to comply with all Form I-9 requirements by inspecting documents remotely for new hires until October 21, 2022.
