Do I Have to Provide My Employees with Paid Sick Leave?

No. Although there is national legislation that has been bouncing around Washington D.C. that could change this answer in the future at the federal level and around 20 states and municipalities have had legislative action promoting this issue as well.  Today, however, there is no Minnesota law that requires employers to provide employees with paid sick leave.
