Zachary Nye

Zach Nye manages complex civil litigation from initial investigation through resolution or trial. He represents attorneys and law firms, engineers and engineering firms, healthcare providers, manufacturers, title agencies, general contractors, and small businesses in matters involving professional liability, premises liability, product liability, and catastrophic injury. Zach also advises employers on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance and represents employers in matters before the U.S. Department of Labor.

Zach has obtained dismissals through dispositive motions, negotiated confidential settlements in wrongful death matters, and resolved professional negligence claims across several industries.

Before joining the firm, Zach served as general counsel and chief legal officer for a health insurance services organization. He advised the organization and affiliated businesses on legal, regulatory, employment, and operational matters. That experience gives Zach a practical understanding of the business considerations that influence litigation decisions. He applies that perspective when evaluating legal exposure and broader organizational objectives.

Zach takes a practical and direct approach to client service. He works closely with clients to identify key issues, assess risk early, and develop litigation strategies that reflect the facts and client objectives.
