Rosa represents clients in various stages of civil litigation involving complex commercial claims, personal injury claims, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, trucking, DTPA claims, state government contracts, first-party insurance claims, and real estate transaction.

Her clients include retail stores, general contractors, trucking companies, apartment complexes, insurance companies, oil & gas companies and their contractors, developers, and many more.

Before going to law school, Rosa consulted with a Japanese business consulting firm in Korea. These experiences provide her with greater insight while working with her corporate clients.

Rosa also has transactional experience in various business transactions, including purchase-sale of business assets, loan documents (i.e., promissory notes and security agreements), commercial leases, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements.
