
Stephen Bres represents companies and individuals in civil litigation arising from casualty events, including motor vehicle collisions involving commercial and non-commercial drivers, premises and workplace injuries, animal-related injuries, fire-related property losses, and other property damage claims. He has extensive experience representing companies with commercial and non-commercial vehicle fleets, concrete and logistics companies, commercial property managers, restaurants, retailers, and car dealerships.
He also represents contractors and subcontractors in construction defect litigation throughout the Central Texas commercial construction industry.
