Sabrina Stantzyk-Guzek is a civil litigation and appellate attorney. In her current role in Texas, Sabrina represents clients in complex civil litigation and appellate proceedings, focusing her practice on contractual indemnity disputes, high exposure casualty matters, product liability matters, appeals, and mandamus proceedings.

Prior to practicing in Texas, Sabrina worked as an associate at an Am Law 100 defense firm in New York City, representing clients in casualty and construction-related civil litigation disputes throughout New York courts. Before then, Sabrina practiced as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department, managing a high-volume caseload through all phases of pre-trial litigation.

Throughout her experience, Sabrina has brought meticulous analytical rigor and strong legal writing to each matter, identifying points of risk, leverage, and opportunities for resolution that shape case strategy from the outset. This approach has continuously delivered favorable outcomes for clients, including early case dismissal, settlement, and summary judgment verdicts.

Previously, while attending law school at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., Sabrina held internship positions as an honors program legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, an ABA Antitrust Law Steiger Fellow with the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia’s Consumer Protection Division, and a judicial intern for an administrative law judge with the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings.
