Rebecca is a litigator who understands how to get the desired results in complex bad-faith cases. Beginning her career during the mold and foundation days, through handling hundreds of catastrophe suits, she has developed the knowledge and skill to provide her clients with well-reasoned analysis and creative strategies to put them in the best position to defend themselves and achieve their desired goals.
With more than 20 years of experience representing insurance carriers, Rebecca focuses her insurance practice on evaluating and resolving insurance matters involving coverage disputes, claims handling, and other legal issues of interest to insurers conducting business in Texas.
She devotes much of her practice to representing both domestic and surplus lines carriers against allegations of breach of contract, bad faith, and violations of the Texas Insurance Code and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act involving commercial and personal lines policies, as well as coverage disputes.
Her experience includes resolving large and small losses of claims involving property damage and business interruption.
