Natalie Tarnosky is a litigation attorney with an emphasis in first-party coverage matters. Natalie devotes much of her practice to representing insurance carriers against allegations of bad faith, breach of contract, insurance code violations, and deceptive trade practices. Another portion of her practice involves representing professionals, such as attorneys, insurance agents, and real estate brokers, in malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
While at South Texas College of Law, Natalie was a member of the Order of Barristers, a varsity advocate for South Texas’ nationally ranked advocacy program, and a recipient of both the Dean’s Student Advocacy Service Award and the C.A.L.I. Excellence of the Future Award in First Amendment Law.
Natalie has taken the advocacy skills she first learned at law school and incorporated them into her practice to successfully advocate for her clients in all manner of first-party property and professional liability lawsuits.
Representative Experience
Continued defense of and resolution of residential lawsuits resulting from recent weather catastrophes occurring throughout the state on behalf of multiple insurance carriers.
Authored motion which resulted in full dismissal of insurer in first-party theft of property matter.
Successfully represented defendant-insurer in a series of harassing and unfounded bad faith and breach of contract lawsuits filed by an insured, ultimately obtaining dismissal in two different venues.
