Martin Arroyo Jr. is a civil litigation and appellate attorney that focues on complex construction litigation. His practice centers around the defending construction companies and other related contractors from various legal allegations that they encounter.

Prior to working at Thompson Coe Martin was an Assistant Attorney General at the Attorney General’s Office of Texas representing various state agencies lawsuits filed against them in employment, constitutional, and other related matters

Representative Experience

Represented various state agencies in employment discrimination suits successfully obtaining dismissal of those suits or favorable settlement agreements.

Obtained reversal of a denied Plea to the Jurisdiction for two different state universities at the state appellate level.

Clerked for Senior Judge Robert T. Dawson in the Western District of Arkansas, assisting in both a jury trial and a bench trial.
