Obtained summary judgment for a commercial property owner for allegations related to a construction site injury.
Obtained partial summary judgment of gross negligence and negligent training, hiring, retention claims against a construction industry client.
Defended a non-profit foster care services provider against a wrongful death claim and successfully obtained the desired pre-suit resolution.
