Andy Paredes has more than 25 years of extensive legal experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
He also has extensive litigation experience, having served as first chair in an adversarial bankruptcy case, securing a $7 million judgment and 30 patents for his client in Tennessee.
His experience spans toxic tort litigation, construction disputes, commercial cases, and real estate matters.
Background
Earlier in his career, Andy was a prosecuting attorney for the State Bar of Texas and an assistant district attorney in Tarrant County.
From 2010-2023, he was Senior Counsel at RSL Funding, LLC and outside counsel to Capstone Associated Services Ltd. In these roles, he negotiated and reviewed commercial contracts, represented the companies in litigation and arbitrations, and managed court proceedings nationwide.
