Kevin Brown focuses his practice on defending clients in complex products liability, toxic tort, mass tort, and premises liability matters.

He also represents clients in commercial litigation and franchise matters, including franchise disputes, trademark infringement, the enforcement of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and transactional matters involving franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, and related contracts.

Kevin has served as both national counsel and trial counsel for manufacturers of industrial, consumer, and safety products, and has handled matters in numerous jurisdictions across the United States.

Representative Experience

Represented national and international manufacturers and distributors in product liability lawsuits involving safety equipment, medical devices, electronic devices, water filtration systems, chemicals, asbestos, silica, talc, and other industrial dust exposures.

Represented manufacturers and construction and maintenance contractors in premises liability and negligence cases.

Represented national franchisors in commercial litigation, franchise disputes, trademark infringement, enforcement of non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and transactional matters involving franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, and the transfer of franchised units.
